yesterday i asked a customer for his name after i took his order. he waited a second and said "jim." we both knew it was an alias, but i wrote it down anyway. i think that giving a fake name is a temptation that's too hard to resist sometimes. heck i submitted a different name while doing karaoke one night just so the emcee would say, "alright everyone let's hear it for OTIS!" along those lines, here's a little trivia:
